How does it fit, and which size should I order?
Pieces run true to size and are cut in S through 2XL, with both female and male fits on the styles that offer them. Bombers are made with a relaxed shoulder so they layer over a tee or a hoodie. If you are between sizes or want an oversized look, take the larger one.
Can I get a custom embroidered piece?
Yes. Custom bombers are one of the things we are known for, from a name or a date to full artwork across the back. Start with the Custom Bombers collection or email info@catherinefulmer.com with what you have in mind and we will price it and give you a timeline.
How do I care for satin, leather and embroidery?
Dry clean only for satin and embroidered pieces, and always ask for hand finishing so the stitching is not pressed flat. Leather should be wiped with a soft dry cloth and conditioned occasionally, never machine washed. Hang everything on a wide hanger and keep it out of direct sunlight between wears.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces leave the studio within 1 to 2 business days and you will get tracking by email as soon as the label is made. Custom and made-to-order embroidery takes longer, and we confirm the timeline with you before production starts.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange. Email info@catherinefulmer.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, and keep the item unused and in the same condition you received it. Return shipping is covered by you, and shipping costs are not refundable. For anything over $75, use a trackable service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and we ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
